I was extremely impressed with Conrad’s Confections presentation at our town Event. I hired them to make hot chocolate and it was a hit. People complimenting me for their quality products and the quantity they served double that I asked for. They are first class and make any event just that more special!
Made my party planning simple and easy ! Very professional and easy to work with ! I booked my baby shower cotton candy and chocolate fountain and it was a huge hit. Everyone keeps talking about it still. I absolutely loved it. Worth every penny & the best part was the customer service.
Conrad's did a wonderful job providing and staffing a beautiful vintage popcorn cart for our office event! They were very easy to communicate and plan with prior to the event. When we had some difficulty with our building upon their arrival, they were incredibly kind and patient as we worked through it. The cart was beautiful and the attendants were lovely to work with, it really elevated our event! Would definitely recommend!
I've been looking for a cotton candy cart and not a tabletop, and Conrad's Concession's Event Rentals gave me exactly what I was looking for! I could not have been happier. The service and booking process was made very easy, and Addam was absolutely amazing! I can't thank you enough for making my party just that more special. I used Conrad’s Concessions for a last minute work event in NYC. The team was able to accommodate my request in less than 24 hours and it was such a seamless experience. I cannot thank them enough for the great customer service, they were there every step of the process to ensure everything would run smoothly from setup to take down. The attendants at my event were extremely helpful and kind and the frozen drink machine we rented was a hit! Thank you again we will be coming back for more.
Absolutely outstanding customer service and experience using Conrad’s! I was in a pinch when my other vendor cancelled at the last minute, I reached out to Conrad’s and got a reply back immediately. They were quick to get me a quote and present me with a variety of options for my event. The catering team for the day were absolute dolls. Very gracious to our staff and top notch professionals. For my event we selected a Hot Chocolate Bar and the staff raved about how delicious and fun the day was. I was so pleased with how everything turned out with the short notice.
