    Yes. We are fully insured and provide a COI upon request for your venue or building management.

  • Do you provide attendants to prepare and serve?

    Yes. Professional attendants are included to prepare treats correctly, maintain station cleanliness, and serve guests quickly and politely.

  • What does staff wear? Can they wear our branded shirts?

    Our standard uniform is black pants with a Conrad’s Concessions shirt. If you prefer to provide our team with branded shirts, let us know in advance and we’ll provide sizing details.

    Yes. We’ll share cart dimensions so your team can create vinyl decals. (We allow vinyl decals only—no stickers, paint, or materials that could damage equipment.)

  • Can your team use our branded cups, plates, napkins, or spoons?

    Absolutely. Provide your branded disposables and our attendants will use them. We can share sizing/spec details as needed.

  • What do you need from our venue?

    We review cart selections, power requirements, load-in routes, security protocols, and COI details during planning to ensure a smooth arrival and setup.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    Peak dates fill quickly—early booking is best. Rush projects may be possible depending on availability. A deposit is required to reserve your date (outlined in your proposal).
